RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges. After a return regarding "change of mind" and "wrong size", within 14 days of delivery, you have to order a new item in our shop. Free replacements of damaged items, can be made up to 30 days after delivery. All issues are handled through our Return Portal. We do not cover the cost of shipping on returns for refunds, but we can provide you with a easy flow and shipping options, with low international shipping prices, in the Return Portal, or you can print a template for shipping with you own carrier of choice. We encourage Mindful Shopping, hence our Made-To-Order concept (we print on your chosen items, with the chosen size and colour, only when ordered). Through our awesome AI powered Find My Size Guide, on the product page, we try to minimise mistakes due to ordering the wrong size. It will help you give you a near perfect fit. This strategy is also due to our commitment to not having a wasteful amount of stock and a lot of shipping back and forth.

FAST AND FREE REPLACEMENTS

If an item is damaged, wrong or poor quality (not up to standard), we will review the case through the Return Portal. Follow the steps and we will handle it swiftly. Claims can be made up to 30 days from delivery. If we approve with your case, after reviewing the photos, we will ship a new item right away. No charge. The Item in question should not be returned. Keep it for the intention, or gift it away to people you care about.
