We stand behind every piece we make

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund. No questions asked. You do not need to return the item. Keep it, gift it, or recycle it.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Return Portal or at support@intentioncph.com. Include photos showing the issue and we'll resolve it promptly. Typically with a free replacement shipped right away.

Your return label is free for your first return per order. Items must be unworn and in original condition.

  • First return is free. Prepaid label provided
  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Refunds processed within 5–10 business days
  • No direct exchanges. Return the item and reorder for different size.

  • No physical returns. Too fragile to ship back
  • Damaged/defective: free replacement or full refund within 30 days

How It Works

A simple three-step process. Most returns take under two minutes to initiate.

Open the Return Portal

Click Start a Return above and enter your order number and email address.

Select items & reason

Pick the items you want to return and tell us why. Upload photos if there is damage or a defect.

Print your label & ship

Download your prepaid return label, attach it to your package, and drop it at your local parcel shop. We process your refund within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

How We Ship

Every order is Made-to-Order. Production begins shortly after purchase, and your piece is dispatched from the nearest production hub when possible.

Most items are made to order. Production begins shortly after purchase and typically completes within 1–3 business days.

02 Delivery

After production, delivery typically takes 5–10 days depending on destination. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

03 Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Track anytime via our Tracking page.

04 Duties & Taxes

All prices are tax-inclusive and orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). You should not be asked to pay extra on delivery.

If you are charged duties or fees in error, email support@intentioncph.com with documentation and we'll help resolve it.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code follow the same return policy as full-price items.

Gift Orders

If the item was a gift, we can issue store credit to the recipient or a refund to the original purchaser.

Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping may apply for reshipment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact support@intentioncph.com.

Damaged in Transit

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with 2–3 photos (full item, close-up of the issue, and outer packaging if damaged). We'll help quickly. Usually with a free replacement.
