Order processing & production
Most items are made to order. Production typically begins shortly after purchase and usually completes within 1–3 business days (may vary by product and during peak periods).
Where we ship (checkout markets)
We currently offer checkout (in local currency) and ship to:
- Den Europæiske Union (EU)
- Det Forenede Kongerige (UK)
- USA
- Selected European countries outside the Eurozone (with checkout in local currency)
Customers outside these markets may be able to browse in their currency, but checkout is not currently available.
Carriers & fulfilment
Orders are produced and fulfilled through Gelato and dispatched from the nearest available production hub when possible. Delivery is made using local or international carriers depending on destination and carrier availability (this may vary by region and over time).

Estimated delivery times
After production is complete, delivery typically takes 5–14 days, depending on destination and carrier network.
These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, carrier capacity, or other events outside our control.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track your order via our Order Tracking page.
Shipping fees
Shipping rates are shown at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and available shipping method. Any free-shipping promotions are applied automatically when available.
Taxes, duties & DDP delivery
For our supported checkout markets, all prices are tax-inclusive, and orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means you should not be asked to pay extra import duties on delivery.
For US orders, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
If you are charged duties/fees on delivery in error, please contact support@intentioncph.com with documentation and we'll help resolve it.
Address issues & delivery problems
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to sender due to an address issue or non-collection, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Items damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with 2–3 photos (full item, close-up of the issue, and outer packaging if damaged), and start the claim via our return portal. We'll help quickly — in most cases we can offer a free replacement.
For Wall Art and Phone Cases, no physical return is ever needed. For Apparel and Accessories, see our Return & Refund Policy for full details on when a return is or isn't required.
