At Intention, every product is made to order — printed just for you, with intention. We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
This policy covers all markets we ship to. For region-specific return instructions, see "How to Start a Return" below.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every item we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — no questions asked. You do not need to return the item. Keep it, gift it, or recycle it.
Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Return Portal or at support@intentioncph.com. Include a photo showing the issue and we'll resolve it promptly — typically with a free replacement shipped right away.
Returns by Product Category
Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Long Sleeves)
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for apparel items.
- Your first return is free (prepaid return label provided).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- After your first return, return shipping is at your cost.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Sizing tip: Please use the "Find My Size" guide on each product page before ordering. Our AI-powered size guide helps you find a near-perfect fit and avoid unnecessary returns.
Wall Art (Framed Prints)
Because framed prints are fragile and unlikely to survive a return shipment in resellable condition, we do not accept physical returns on Wall Art.
Instead, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect order: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return needed.
- Not satisfied for any other reason: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll review your case and work with you on the best solution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund. No return needed.
We want you to be happy with your Wall Art. If something feels off, just reach out.
Phone Cases
Phone cases follow the same policy as Wall Art. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these products, we do not accept physical returns, but our Satisfaction Guarantee applies:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Free replacement or full refund within 30 days. No return needed.
- Not satisfied: Contact us within 14 days and we'll find a solution.
Tote Bags & Accessories
Tote Bags and Beanies follow the same return policy as Apparel:
- 14-day return window from delivery.
- First return is free.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
How to Start a Return
All returns and claims are handled through our Return Portal. The portal will guide you through the process step by step — select your order, choose a reason, upload photos if needed, and receive your return label or resolution.

Important Details
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
Sale items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code follow the same return policy as full-price items.
Gift orders: If the item was a gift, we can issue store credit to the recipient or a refund to the original purchaser.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@intentioncph.com.
Why We Do It This Way
All Intention products are made to order. We don't keep stock — each piece is printed with your chosen design, size, and colour only after you place your order. This is central to our commitment to mindful shopping and sustainability: no overproduction, no waste.
This is also why we encourage you to use our size guides and take a moment before ordering. When we get it right the first time, it's better for you and better for the planet.
