La gratitudine è quella luce discreta che addolcisce tutto ciò che tocca, trasformando l’ordinario in qualcosa di prezioso. È la pausa tra un respiro e l’altro, la quiete in cui presence , e la consapevolezza che anche i momenti più piccoli racchiudono un valore infinito. Essere grati non significa voltare le spalle al desiderio, ma riconoscere la pienezza che è già qui: il modo in cui la vita si offre ancora e ancora in ondate di connessione, bellezza e possibilità. È la forza gentile che rassicura il cuore, ricordandoti che nulla è troppo piccolo per contenere meraviglia e nulla è troppo semplice per contenere grazia.

I chose the word grateful because no matter how busy life gets, I never want to lose sight of how far I’ve come, the opportunities in front of me, and the people who support me along the way. Gratitude keeps me grounded and focused on the positives..
