Gratitude le geste tout en douceur qui consiste à remarquer ce qui est déjà là : la chaleur, la lumière, ces instants fugaces qui font toute la richesse de la vie. Elle transforme le quotidien en un cadeau, nous apprenant à faire une pause pour ressentir l’abondance qui se cache dans chaque jour. Vivre avec gratitude, c’est laisser son cœur murmurer « merci » tant pour les grandes choses que pour les plus simples, en sachant que chaque instant suffit.
