The Intention ApS mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Intention ApS ("Intention", "we", or "us"). By using or subscribing to the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms (the "Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms, and your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Mobile Terms.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Intention, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Messages may include: service-related messages (e.g., order updates, shipping notifications, account alerts, customer support) and/or promotional messages (e.g., promotions, specials, product news, and marketing offers, including cart reminders if enabled).

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Participation is voluntary.

2. Costs and Frequency

We do not charge for the Service, but message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

3. Opt-Out (Unsubscribe)

You can opt out of the Service at any time by following the instructions in a message. Depending on your country and the type of sending number used, this may include replying with an opt-out keyword (such as STOP) and/or using an unsubscribe link (where available). After you opt out, you may receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

If you are subscribed to multiple SMS programmes from Intention, you may need to opt out of each programme separately by following the opt-out instructions provided in each programme's messages.

4. Help and Support

5. Sending Number Changes and Delivery Issues

We may change the phone number, sender ID, short code, or other identifier we use to operate the Service. Where required, we will provide notice of such changes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to update your subscription if you change your number.

6. Privacy and Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., messaging platforms), solely to provide the Service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages; any errors in messages; and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the Service.

8. US Customers

If you are located in the United States, you may receive messages even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list, where permitted by applicable law.
