Un style qui a du sens

Freedom feels like air in your lungs after holding your breath too long. Like a quiet exhale, soft shoulders, a sudden sense of space inside you. It’s when the world opens and nothing grips you - not fear, not doubt, not past. Freedom lives in moments when nothing holds you back. To feel free is to feel light - grounded in self, yet open to everything.

It’s walking with no map, but still knowing you’ll get there. It’s not escape. It’s return - to yourself, to presence, to possibility.

Freedom : simple, ouverte, à toi. Sans retenue. Sans se demander pourquoi. Juste un pas, qui n'appartient qu'à toi.

This month, my word is Freedom. Recently, I visited an exhibition dedicated to the freedom of the body. It reminded me that freedom begins with self-acceptance — being comfortable with who you are, without trying to fit someone else’s expectations. For me, freedom means having the courage to be yourself, to express your thoughts openly, and to stay true to your own path. In a world that often tells us who we should be, freedom is the choice to remain authentic.

This month my word is Oneness. Life often makes us feel separate from other people, from nature, and sometimes even from ourselves. We get caught up in work, plans, and expectations, forgetting that we’re all part of something bigger. Recently, a thought came to me: “When we stop separating ourselves from life, we begin to feel more alive.” So I carry this word as a reminder to stay connected to myself, to others, and to the present moment. Maybe oneness isn’t about becoming something new. Maybe it’s simply remembering that we were never separate to begin with.

Patience cette force tranquille qui vous permet de rester serein et ouvert lorsque la vie ralentit.

Elle réside dans la pause entre deux pas – un espace paisible où le temps s’étire et vous offre plus que ce à quoi vous vous attendiez.

Rester immobile, ce n’est pas perdre son temps – c’est lui faire confiance, s’abandonner à l’instant tel qu’il se déroule.

L’attente n’est pas une absence, mais une présence – une pause fertile, pleine de possibilités.

Note de Sergey

Ce mois-ci, mon mot est « Patience ». Honnêtement, je n’en ai pas assez. Je veux souvent que les choses aillent plus vite, que les résultats soient immédiats. Mais je commence à comprendre qu’il ne faut pas tout précipiter. Parfois, il s’agit de faire confiance au processus… et de ne pas abandonner à mi-chemin simplement parce que ça ne marche pas encore. Une pensée m’est venue récemment : « L’INTENTION donne du sens à la routine. » Alors maintenant, je porte mon mot Patience un rappel : la patience, c’est avancer sans précipitation, et faire confiance à la façon dont les choses se déroulent. J’ai commencé à remarquer que lorsqu’on cesse de tout précipiter, on y voit plus clair… et on commence à moins douter de soi. Les choses arrivent quand on est vraiment prêt à les accueillir. Et peut-être que la patience est en réalité une forme de force intérieure.

Une paire de chaussures usées repose sur le trottoir, immobile et ancrée au sol, comme si le temps lui-même s'était arrêté.
Il se tenait là – peut-être pour la vue, peut-être sans raison particulière.
Dans cette pause réside patience: cette force tranquille qui te soutient quand rien ne semble bouger.
Le moment s’étire, sans hâte, montrant que l’immobilité n’est pas vide mais pleine – pleine de confiance, de presence, de devenir.
Même dans l’attente, il y a un sens, comme un rappel que chaque pas commence par l’immobilité.
