To be grateful is not to turn away from longing, but to recognise the fullness already here - the way life offers itself again and again in waves of connection, beauty, and chance. It is the gentle strength that steadies the heart, reminding you that nothing is too small to hold wonder, and nothing is too simple to hold grace.

I chose the word grateful because no matter how busy life gets, I never want to lose sight of how far I’ve come, the opportunities in front of me, and the people who support me along the way. Gratitude keeps me grounded and focused on the positives..
