The Beauty of the Unseen

Original Photo Art
by ClaraXenia

Photography has always been ClaraXenia’s way of seeing and understanding the world. She is drawn to small moments - light, shadows, reflections, and sudden movements that reveal hidden stories.

Each photograph begins intuitively, guided by curiosity, emotion, and the beauty that appears in everyday life. Some images are abstract and open to interpretation, while others reveal their story more directly. Often, a quiet sense of humor appears in these unexpected moments.

Together they form a visual language connected to the Words of Intention. Every image becomes part of a larger story - living as Wall Art and wearable Photo Art, where art, reflection, and everyday life meet.

Seen through the lens. Felt in everyday life.

The Connections

Where Image
Meets Intention

Each photograph connects to a Word of Intention. The image carries a feeling or atmosphere, while the word gives language to what the image awakens.
Each piece is accompanied by descriptions - revealing a deeper intention.

Together, image, word, and reflection form a small visual story. From there, the expression continues into the Intention collections.

Artworks for the wall and wearable pieces, that move with you through everyday life.

How it works

Wearable Piece
The visual story continues into t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, long sleeves, and tote bags - pieces crafted from organic and natural materials whenever possible, carrying the image and its story into everyday life.

About the Artist

ClaraXenia

Photographer · Visual Storytelling · Intention

ClaraXenia is the photographer behind the visual universe of Intention. Her work begins intuitively - drawn to the beauty of imperfect moments and the quiet presence of what often goes unnoticed.
This approach forms the essence of The Beauty of the Unseen - noticing subtle situations, reflections, and fleeting moments that appear in everyday life.

Her photographs are captured in the flow of attention to life, in places and encounters around the world. She works in both black and white and color, moving between analogue and digital processes. Originally trained in the traditional darkroom, she developed a deep respect for the moment - waiting for the image to slowly appear in the chemical bath.

"Each image is created with the intention of evoking reflection - inviting the viewer to pause and notice what resonates within."

Her approach to photography goes beyond documentation. It is about storytelling, curiosity, and seeing the world and its inhabitants with a sense of wonder and humor. For ClaraXenia, a photograph is like a leaf drifting down a river, surrendering to the current - a way of embracing the present moment and discovering new perspectives through the lens.

Today, that same passion and precision shape her artistic vision, transforming photography into wearable art.

Questions

About the Photo Art

Photographs by ClaraXenia, made to be lived with rather than looked at once. Each begins as a real photograph (light on a wall, a reflection, someone mid-movement) and is carried into everyday life two ways: framed for a wall, and printed on Intention Wear.

A photographer and artist in Copenhagen, and one of the two founders of Intention. She photographs what most people walk past. Every image here is hers.

No. Every artwork begins as a real photograph ClaraXenia took. Editing, and in places AI tools, may help shape the final expression, but the origin and the authorship stay hers. Our full position is on the AI Policy page.

On master's edition 250 gsm matte paper, behind shatterproof plexiglass, in either a solid pine frame with a slim 10 to 14 mm face or a wider 20 mm oak and ash gallery frame. Sizes run from 13×18 to 70×100 cm. Each one arrives assembled, with a hanging kit, so no tools and no framing trip.

The Word usually emerges from the image rather than being placed onto it. Each pairing has its own page explaining where it came from, so you can follow a photograph to its Word and back again.

Yes. Art on a Wall holds every photograph as a framed print. The Word is always there to find if you want it, and never in the frame.
