If something isn't right

We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — free of charge, no return needed.

Apparel & Accessories: We offer a 14-day return window. Your first return is free. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Because every piece is made to order, using the size guide before checkout helps us avoid unnecessary production and shipping — better for you, better for the planet.

Wall Art & Phone Cases: These are fragile, custom-made pieces that wouldn't survive a return shipment. Instead, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee — if you're not happy, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. No return needed.
