Before You Choose

• Use our Find My Size Quiz on the product page to help you pick the right size before checkout.
• If you’re between sizes, choose the fit you prefer – more fitted or more relaxed.

If Something Isn’t Right

We want you to love what you receive.

If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right – free of charge, no return needed. Once a Report an Issue has been submitted, a new item will be sent to you right away.

Apparel & Accessories:

You have 14 days to return your item.

Your first return is free. You may try a piece on, as you would in a shop. If it has been used or washed beyond that, we may deduct the diminished value from your refund.

Because each piece is made to order, using the size guide before checkout helps avoid unnecessary production and shipping.

Wall Art & Phone Cases:

These are fragile pieces that rarely survive a return shipment.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies – and in most cases you won’t need to send the piece back. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
