If Something Isn’t Right
We want you to love what you receive.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right – free of charge, no return needed. Once a Report an Issue has been submitted, a new item will be sent to you right away.
Apparel & Accessories:
You have 14 days to return your item.
Your first return is free. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Because each piece is made to order, using the size guide before checkout helps avoid unnecessary production and shipping – better for you, and better for the planet.
Wall Art & Phone Cases:
These are fragile, custom-made pieces that would not safely survive a return shipment.
Instead, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee – if something isn’t right, contact us and we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
