2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products & made-to-order

Most items are made to order. Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to printing processes and screen differences. Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice.

4. Supported markets, currency, prices, taxes & payment

4.1 Supported markets (where checkout is available)

We currently sell in local currencies, and ship to customers in:

• The European Union (EU)
• The United Kingdom (UK)
• The United States (US)
• Selected European countries outside the Eurozone

If your shipping destination is not supported, you may still browse the store, but checkout will not be available.

4.2 Currency display

Where supported, prices and checkout are shown in your local currency. In other markets, any currency display may be shown for guidance only.

4.3 Prices & taxes

All prices shown for supported markets are tax-inclusive (including VAT where applicable based on your delivery destination and applicable rules). For US orders, no sales tax is added at checkout. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Where tax applies, it is shown as its own line item called Tax.

4.4 Payment

Payment is captured at checkout using the payment methods displayed. Your payment is charged in the checkout currency for your market.

5. Shipping, delivery & duties (DDP)

We ship to supported destinations using reputable carriers. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For supported markets, shipments are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning import duties and applicable import handling (if any) are intended to be covered by us so you should not pay additional duties on delivery. If you are charged duties/fees on delivery in error, please contact support@intentioncph.com with documentation and we will help resolve it.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Returns, refunds & satisfaction guarantee

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Return and refund conditions vary by product category:

• Apparel, Tote Bags & Accessories: Eligible for physical return within 14 days of delivery in the EU and UK, and within 30 days of delivery in the United States, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Wall Art & Phone Cases: Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies in the EU and UK, and US customers have 30 days. In the United States your first return on an order is free and we provide a prepaid label. In the EU and UK, change-of-mind returns are at your cost for both categories, and the return flow provides the address. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee: replacement or refund, no return needed.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (all categories): Free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. No physical return required.

7. Cancellations

Because items are made to order, we may only be able to cancel an order before production starts. Once in production or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. Nothing in this section affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

Everything published on this site is owned by Intention ApS or used under licence: the photography, the artwork, the written descriptions, the Words of Intention, the audio recordings, the page designs, the code, the logos and the names set out below. 8.1 Our names and marks

Intention is the name this business trades under. The following identify goods and services of Intention ApS and are our trade marks, whether registered or unregistered, together with any marks for which applications have been filed:

• the Intention aperture mark™, our geometric iris logo, alone and together with the word INTENTION
• Word of Intention™ and Words of Intention™
• Way of Intention™
• Intention Wear™
• Intention Cast™
• Intention Frequency™ and Intention Frequencies™

Written permission from us is needed before any of these names or marks, or any name or mark closely similar to them, is used in connection with clothing, prints, artwork, audio recordings, publishing or retail. Other names and logos appearing on this site belong to their own owners and are used only to identify them.

8.2 Photography and fine art

Every photographic work and every fine art print offered here is created by ClaraXenia and is licensed to Intention ApS. Photo Art is the name we give that body of work. The photographs, the artwork titles, the editions and the printed reproductions are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, printed, resold, published, or used as the basis of a derivative work without a written licence from us.

8.3 The structure of the brand

Word of Intention™, Way of Intention™ and Intention Wear™ name the structure this brand is built on: a single word paired with one photographic artwork, the writing that belongs to that word, the way the pairing is carried onto a garment, and the presentation of the two together as one piece. The particular selection, wording, arrangement and presentation of that system, including the collected word descriptions and the pairing of each Word with its artwork, is an original compilation of Intention ApS and is protected as such.

8.4 Intention Frequency™

Intention Frequency™ is our name for the audio works published on this site. Two things are held apart here, and we say so plainly.

The Schumann resonances are a measured property of the Earth. They belong to everyone, and Intention ApS makes no claim of ownership over them, over any frequency, or over any measurement.

What belongs to Intention ApS is every choice made around them: which harmonic is paired with which Word, the octave in which that harmonic is voiced, the music composed around it, the voice recorded with it, the arrangement, the mix, the master, the finished audio file, and the table that holds the whole mapping of Words to frequencies together. Each Intention Frequency™ recording, and that mapping as a collection, is an original work owned by Intention ApS.

8.5 Authorship and production

Every work published here is made under the creative direction and authorship of Intention ApS. Specialist software is used in production, including tools that process technical audio data and tools that carry out automated workflows. The creative decisions, the visual geometry, the names, the writing, the compositions and the arrangement of the whole are made, reviewed and finished by us under human oversight. No claim is made to raw, unedited machine output on its own.

8.6 What you are welcome to do

You are welcome to browse this site, to share links to it, and to play the Intention Frequency™ recordings here. Where a recording is offered as a download, you may keep that file and listen to it for your own personal, non-commercial use. That permission is a licence to listen. It transfers no ownership and may be withdrawn.

8.7 What needs our written permission

• reproducing, printing, publishing or reselling any image, artwork, text or recording from this site
• using any of our names or marks, or a closely similar name, for goods, services, a shop name or a domain
• broadcasting, streaming, synchronising to video, sampling, remixing or publicly performing any Intention Frequency™ recording
• using any content from this site to train, fine tune, benchmark or evaluate a machine learning or generative system
• systematic copying of the site by automated means, including scraping and bulk downloading

8.8 Reservation of rights

Intention ApS expressly reserves its rights in all content on this site for the purposes of text and data mining, including under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790. This reservation is made in machine readable form and in these Terms, and it applies to every page, image, text and audio file published here.

8.9 Requests and notices

Licensing requests, press requests and questions about any use of our work are welcome at mail@intentioncph.com. If you believe anything on this site infringes your rights, write to the same address with the details and we will look into it promptly.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with security, or infringe third-party rights.

10. Warranties & liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where otherwise not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
