2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products & made-to-order

Most items are made to order. Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to printing processes and screen differences. Product availability, specifications, and prices may change without notice.

4. Supported markets, currency, prices, taxes & payment

4.1 Supported markets (where checkout is available)

We currently sell in local currencies, and ship to customers in:

  • The European Union (EU)
  • The United Kingdom (UK)
  • The United States (US)
  • Selected European countries outside the Eurozone

If your shipping destination is not supported, you may still browse the store, but checkout will not be available.

4.2 Currency display

Where supported, prices and checkout are shown in your local currency. In other markets, any currency display may be shown for guidance only.

4.3 Prices & taxes

All prices shown for supported markets are tax-inclusive (including VAT where applicable based on your delivery destination and applicable rules). For US orders, applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total amount payable is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Any tax will show as its own line item called Tax.

4.4 Payment

Payment is captured at checkout using the payment methods displayed. Your payment is charged in the checkout currency for your market.

5. Shipping, delivery & duties (DDP)

We ship to supported destinations using reputable carriers. Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates only.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): For supported markets, shipments are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning import duties and applicable import handling (if any) are intended to be covered by us so you should not pay additional duties on delivery. If you are charged duties/fees on delivery in error, please contact support@intentioncph.com with documentation and we will help resolve it.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the items, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights under applicable law.

6. Returns, refunds & satisfaction guarantee

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Return and refund conditions vary by product category:

  • Apparel, Tote Bags & Accessories: Eligible for physical return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Wall Art & Phone Cases: Covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee. Due to the fragile and custom nature of these items, physical returns are not accepted. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund — no return shipment needed.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items (all categories): Free replacement or full refund within 30 days of delivery. No physical return required.

7. Cancellations

Because items are made to order, we may only be able to cancel an order before production starts. Once in production or shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. Nothing in this section affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and trademarks on this site are the property of Intention ApS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site without express written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with security, or infringe third-party rights.

10. Warranties & liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or where otherwise not permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your non-excludable statutory rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
