Un style qui a du sens

La gratitude, c’est cette lumière douce qui adoucit tout ce qu’elle touche, transformant l’ordinaire en quelque chose de précieux. C’est la pause entre deux respirations, le calme où presence , et la prise de conscience que même les plus petits instants recèlent une valeur infinie. Être reconnaissant, ce n’est pas se détourner du désir, mais reconnaître la plénitude qui est déjà là – la façon dont la vie s’offre encore et encore en vagues de connexion, de beauté et de hasard. C’est la douce force qui apaise le cœur, te rappelant que rien n’est trop petit pour receler de l’émerveillement, et que rien n’est trop simple pour receler de la grâce.

I chose the word grateful because no matter how busy life gets, I never want to lose sight of how far I’ve come, the opportunities in front of me, and the people who support me along the way. Gratitude keeps me grounded and focused on the positives..
