About this piece
How much protection does the Tough Case really give my phone?
The Tough Case is the most protective case in our lineup. It pairs a rigid white polycarbonate outer shell with a black flexible TPU inner cover, so scratches stay on the surface while the inner layer absorbs the shock of everyday knocks and drops. Back, sides and corners are covered; the screen stays open, so a screen protector is still a sensible companion.
What does the dual-layer build feel like in the hand, and is it bulky?
Solid rather than bulky. The two layers add a little depth compared with a slim single-shell case, balanced by a smooth glossy surface and a steady grip. Buttons remain easy to press, and the case holds firmly onto the phone without fighting you when you take it off.
Where does the artwork sit on the case?
The design is printed as a wraparound. It covers the back and continues over the sides, so the image flows around the case rather than stopping at a printed square. The glossy white base underneath gives the print clarity and depth.
Will the print fade, scratch or peel over time?
The design is printed with water-based inks onto the glossy shell, and it withstands everyday handling well. What wears any printed case is harsh treatment: strong cleaners, alcohol, abrasive sponges and long stretches of direct sunlight. A soft, slightly damp cloth is all the care it needs.
Does wireless charging work with the case on?
Yes. The case is compatible with wireless charging, so you can place your phone on a charging pad without removing it. It doesn't contain a built-in magnet ring, so magnetic accessories may attach less firmly than they would on a case built around magnets.
Will the camera, buttons and ports stay fully usable?
Yes. Each case is produced for one exact phone model, with precisely aligned openings for the camera, ports, speakers and buttons. That is also why choosing your exact model when ordering matters. The fit is specific, not approximate.
How is the case made, and why does that matter?
Each case is made to order, printed for you after purchase rather than stored in a warehouse. Production uses water-based inks and is fulfilled close to you where possible, which shortens transport and helps avoid overproduction. One case, made because you asked for it.
