How long will it take to receive my order?

All products are made to order, so production typically takes 2-7 business days depending on the product. Shipping usually takes an additional 2-5 business days for EU/UK and 5-10 business days for US orders. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–12 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

How to track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves the production facility. You can also use the "Track Your Order" page in our website footer at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the EU, UK, and soon US. Orders are produced at print hubs close to your delivery address when possible, which helps reduce shipping time and distance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order contents.

I never got my order, what to do?

First, check your tracking link - sometimes packages are marked as delivered but arrive a day or two later. If it's been more than 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@intentioncph.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because every item is made to order, production begins quickly. Contact us at support@intentioncph.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best, but once production has started, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order.

Do prices include tax?

For EU and UK customers, all prices include VAT. For US customers, applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Klarna, MobilePay, Bancontact, and UnionPay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

What currency can I shop in?

You can browse in DKK, EUR, GBP, CHF, NOK, SEK, PLN, and USD. Use the currency selector in the top menu to switch. The payment at checkout will always revert to the currency of your market.

What is your return policy?

t depends on the product. Apparel and accessories (tote bags, beanies) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, and your first return is free. Wall art and phone cases are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee - if something isn't right, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund without requiring a physical return. How do I start a return?

Go to intentioncph.com/returns. The portal will guide you through the process and generate a shipping label. EU/UK and US customers each have a dedicated regional portal - the page will direct you to the right one.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don't do direct exchanges. Instead, return your item through the return portal and place a new order for the item you'd like. This keeps things simple with our made-to-order model.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

For wall art and phone cases, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee instead of physical returns. If you're not happy, email us with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund. These products are fragile and custom-produced, so skipping reverse shipping avoids unnecessary damage and transport waste.

Who pays for return shipping?

Your first apparel/accessory return is free - we cover the shipping. For any additional returns on the same order, return shipping is at your cost. Wall art and phone cases don't require a physical return at all (Satisfaction Guarantee), so there's no return shipping involved.

ClaraXenia is the photographer and artist behind all of Intention's Photo Art. Every artwork begins as a real photograph captured by her. Editing and, where appropriate, AI tools may help shape the final expression, but authorship and creative direction always remain hers.

Are the images AI-generated?

No. All Photo Art starts as real photography by ClaraXenia. Some images may be refined through professional editing or selective AI tools, but the origin is always a real captured moment. Product mockups and select lifestyle images on the site may be AI-generated to help visualise products - we're transparent about that in our AI Policy.

What are "Words of Intention"?

Each design features a carefully selected word - an intention - paired with ClaraXenia's photography.
