Everything is made to order. Nothing is produced in advance, nothing is stored, and nothing is destroyed unsold. It means waiting a little longer than you would elsewhere.
Availability differs by country. The shop shows what can be made and delivered where you are, so what you see is what you can actually receive. Current shipping detail is on the FAQ page and the shipping policy.
