Each piece is made to order. For delivery before Christmas, order by Thursday 10 December in Denmark and the rest of Europe, and by Monday 14 December in the UK and the US. After that, a digital gift card arrives by email straight away and is ready to give on the day.

Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout and the piece travels directly to them.

Each Word has its own page with its meaning, its photograph and its sound. Read a few, or take Find your Word together. The Word that feels right to you is usually the one.

Yes. Orders placed from 1 November to 24 December 2026 can be returned or exchanged until 15 January 2027, so a gift can be swapped after Christmas (restocked pieces from the Intention Archives excepted). An exchange is a return for a refund and a new order in the size or colour that fits. If you are unsure of a size, a gift card lets them choose for themselves.
