Freedom feels like air in your lungs after holding your breath too long. Like a quiet exhale, soft shoulders, a sudden sense of space inside you. It’s when the world opens and nothing grips you - not fear, not doubt, not past. Freedom lives in moments when nothing holds you back. To feel free is to feel light - grounded in self, yet open to everything.

It’s walking with no map, but still knowing you’ll get there. It’s not escape. It’s return - to yourself, to presence, to possibility.

This month, my word is Freedom. Recently, I visited an exhibition dedicated to the freedom of the body. It reminded me that freedom begins with self-acceptance — being comfortable with who you are, without trying to fit someone else’s expectations. For me, freedom means having the courage to be yourself, to express your thoughts openly, and to stay true to your own path. In a world that often tells us who we should be, freedom is the choice to remain authentic.

This month my word is Oneness. Life often makes us feel separate from other people, from nature, and sometimes even from ourselves. We get caught up in work, plans, and expectations, forgetting that we’re all part of something bigger. Recently, a thought came to me: “When we stop separating ourselves from life, we begin to feel more alive.” So I carry this word as a reminder to stay connected to myself, to others, and to the present moment. Maybe oneness isn’t about becoming something new. Maybe it’s simply remembering that we were never separate to begin with.

This month, my word is Patience. Honestly, I don’t have enough of it. I often want things faster, immediate results. But I’m starting to understand that not everything needs to be rushed. Sometimes it’s about trusting the process… and not quitting halfway just because it’s not working yet. A thought came to me recently: “INTENTION turns routine into meaning.” So now I wear my word Patience as a reminder, that patience is movement without urgency, and trust in how things unfold. I’ve started noticing that when you stop pushing everything to happen faster, there’s more clarity… and you begin to doubt yourself less. Things come when you’re truly ready for them. And maybe patience is actually a form of inner strength.
