We started with something small: a word you choose to carry with you.
Now we are asking what could happen if those intentions were given the means to act.
Why the Circle is open
The Circle stays open because the work is never finished.
More compassion. More connection. More creativity. A healthier relationship with ourselves, each other and the planet.
Why we keep it open
There will always be another step worth taking. So we do not intend to close The Circle. We intend to keep it moving.
The ring is the work we share. The opening is what is still undone. The dot is the person who chooses to take part.
The Circle remains open because there is always more to do, and always room for someone to join.

Resources that create value of their own, and intentions able to act within rules set by people. None of this exists yet.
There is no treasury, no agent and no autonomous system running today. When there is, it will be dated in The Circle Log below.
The first experiment
Can an intention create value?
The first 10,000 EUR.
Being designed. Not yet running.
For this first experiment, everything the agent creates goes to The Circle. After that, 30% of everything the agents create goes to The Circle, and 70% stays with Intention, the share that runs the agents and builds the next one.
We want to give an AI agent one simple challenge: create 10,000 EUR of new economic value for The Circle.
The money may not come from donations, and it may not come from anything already promised elsewhere. It has to be value that did not exist before.
Small on purpose. If it cannot work at ten thousand, it cannot work at more.

Today, AI can already research, reason, recommend decisions and carry out certain digital work. We want to explore whether those capabilities can help The Circle find opportunities, create value, weigh up projects and put resources to work, always inside limits written by people.

These are values, not currencies. There is nothing to buy and nothing to trade.

Giving usually begins after the profit has been made. We want to find out whether purpose can be part of the engine itself.
We do not know yet whether that works. That is why we are calling it an experiment rather than a promise.
Participation
Participation should matter.
As The Circle develops, we want people to be able to contribute more than money.
Ideas, time, creativity, knowledge, and the simple act of showing up.
Over time, contributing could build a person’s standing within The Circle and give them more say in where a particular Intention moves next.
The point is to reward participation rather than speculation.

How does The Circle work?
Today it works in one direction: what you buy funds the company that is building it. How value moves outward, who decides, and how it is measured are all being designed now.
The Circle Log further down is where each part gets a date as it becomes real.
What are we actually building?
Three things, in order. A brand that earns enough to fund the rest. A clear set of rules for how value leaves the company and where it goes. And, later, a way for those resources to create value of their own.
The first exists. The second is being written. The third is an experiment.
What could AI eventually do?
Research, compare, recommend and carry out digital work, inside limits people set. We are interested in whether that can help resources find good uses faster than a small team could alone.
We are not interested in it deciding what matters. That part stays human.
Why does The Circle remain open?
Because a closed circle would say the work is finished. It never is, and there would be no room left for anyone else to join.
How could participation work?
At the moment, by telling us where you think The Circle should move first. Later we want contributions of time, ideas and knowledge to count alongside money, and to help shape where particular Intentions go next.
