Real
paired with“Around and Around”
A Word of Intention is a word you choose and keep near you. The Photo Art is a real photograph by ClaraXenia. Each Word is paired with the image it came from. You can wear the pairing or hang it on a wall.
Real is what is left once the arranging stops and nothing is being presented. You choose Real as your Word when the version you show people has drifted from the one you live. It is paired with “Around and Around”, where a washing machine turns behind a circular frame and the reflections spin with it.
The idea
Photography first, then the Word
Every piece begins as a photograph. Light, shadow or something noticed in passing. The Word usually arrives afterwards, out of what the image already holds.

Worn, it sits with meaning: the Photo Art with unique beauty and expression on the front, the Word of Intention close to the skin. Something private to return to on a new day or perhaps a statement to share.
On a wall the Photo Art decorates and flows with originality and human expression. The Word of Intention with its poetic description can create real positive change, by you and and loved ones observing and passing it everyday.
Rooted in Copenhagen. Global ambitions and local production and delivery. Made to order. No overproduction.

Chosen in the morning, it stays nearby: inside the neck, across a back, on a wall you pass without thinking. It returns at the moments you would otherwise move straight through.
Nothing changes at once. Attention shifts first, then the small choices follow it, and the days slowly begin to look more like the state you keep coming back to.
Passing through the world with an Intention to care and share.
No promises. Just practice.

About this pairing
About Real
What is a Word of Intention?
A word you choose to empower. Begin the day by giving it special attention and focus. Then it is something to return to. On a t-shirt or on the wall, it becomes alive with you observing it and owning your intentions. Then carry it out in the world for others to see and feel that intention though you. The change begins within.
What does Real mean as a Word of Intention?
Real is something to return to when you need it. A reminder on the pieces to stay with you throughout the day. Words matter when spoken, but also just by being carried in the mind and heart. The description for each Word of Intention is a creative and personal interpretation by us. You may create you own. The intention stays the same.
Where is Real placed on the garment?
Inside the neck on t-shirts. On the back of hoodies, sweatshirts and long sleeves.
Can I have Real as Wall Art?
Yes, as a Slim or Gallery frame, in various frame sizes and frame colors on Carbon or Linen museum quality paper.
About “Around and Around”
Who photographed “Around and Around”?
ClaraXenia, photographer and artist in Copenhagen. Every piece of Photo Art begins as a real photograph. Always from an intuitive and curious mind and caring and loving heart.
Why is “Around and Around” paired with Real?
The Word of Intention mostly emerged from the image, not the other way round. The photograph comes first. Yet ClaraXenia could be inspired by a certain intention and create from there. Many new pairings are coming in the future. All meant to empower you with art and an intention to keep but also share with intent.
Where does “Around and Around” sit on the piece?
On the front. The Photo Art is what you see and share; the Word of Intention is carried private, inside the neck of t-shirts or boldly on the back of hoodies, sweatshirts, and long sleeves. Hanging on a wall it decorates and affects you.
