Products are made-to-order, we can not offer direct exchanges at present moment. You can receive a refund within 14 days of delivery, and make a new purchase in the shop. The return of the product is free for the first return of that item, second return will be deducted from the refund. See more of our policies here.

We would like to nudge towards a more mindful shopping experience, and hope you understand. To avoid ordering the wrong size, we strongly recommend taking the "Find my Size" guide. You can find it on the product page or on the "Size Guides" page.

We do offer fast and free replacements if the product is not as ordered or damaged. Please use our Report an Issue page for that, and we will review your case quickly.

ECO-FRIENDLY AND MINDFUL

All our designed products are made-to-order. This means a little longer delivery time, than mass produced products. Generally we have 6-9 days from order to delivery.

That also means when you have made the order, the item will go in to production, and then printed and shipped from a hub nearest you.

Sometimes the order is routed to a different hub, who can accommodate the job. An order with many items, could also be split in to several shipments, from different hubs, to have your items delivered as fast as possible.

The made-to-order concept is intentional because of our wish to have a more eco-friendly store. We avoid large overproduction of stock, and the shipping produce less CO2, when orders are being created closest to the delivery address as possible.
